The Plus plan is ideal if you’re looking for a more individual approach, with more support from Sam and Laura. You’ll still need to be motivated and serious about bulletproofing your body, shedding excess weight, and taking your running to the next level.
The programme follows the Endure Stronger prescription for unstoppable runners.
Bulletproof your body. Monthly strength assessments to log and track your progress. On Plus, these assessments will be reviewed by Laura and Sam and where necessary will inform a more personalised strength programme to work your weaknesses and meet you at your level.
You will be programmed two to three run-specific strength workouts every week, and can submit two technique videos for review by a coach per week.
Vanquish niggles and hotspots. The Plus package includes one recorded movement check per month with feedback and rehabilitation exercises from our resident physiotherapist, Laura Rutterford, as well as a full suite of self-management exercises for the whole body, Pilates flows, and stability work.
Murder body fat and optimise recovery. The Plus package includes a fully individualised nutrition assessment by Sam, weekly weigh-ins and food diary reviews, in addition to either a habit based curriculum or a macronutrient prescription depending on your nutritional level and commitment.
Each package includes e-mail support and in-app text and video messaging, as well as a weekly review of your progress on the Run Stronger plan.
