Vanquish niggles and hotspots. The Online Only package includes a full suite of self-management exercises for the whole body, as well as Pilates flows and stability work programmed by our resident physiotherapist, Laura Rutterford.
Murder body fat and optimise recovery. The Online Only package includes a fully individualised nutrition assessment by Sam and a habit-based curriculum to build a solid nutritional practice.
Each package includes e-mail support as well as a weekly review of your progress on the Run Stronger plan.
