Sam MacIntosh is a marathoner, triathlete, a British Weightlifting Level 2 coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified coach.
Sam has coached over two hundred online clients to leaner, stronger, and more resilient versions of themselves. She specialises in coaching Masters-level athletes to the best athletic performance of their lives by taking their nutrition to the next level.
Sam is the former managing editor of Breaking Muscle UK, and has been interviewed and featured in the BBC, the Personal Trainer’s Development Center, and has appeared as a guest on the RunnersConnect podcast.
Laura is a chartered physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over ten years’ experience in running biomechanics, pain, movement and injury rehabilitation. She has treated patients at the elite level all the way through to novice runners. Laura has also served as a consultant to the South Yorkshire police, Anglian Water, British Telecommunications and Royal Mail.
Laura has a passion through both personal and professional experience to educate people to understand their own bodies, and empower them to help themselves with habit-based practices that bulletproof their bodies from injury, forever.
